To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. Please review our cancellation rules below.

1. Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled through your account dashboard within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Custom Orders

Please note that bulk orders or customized equipment cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
